Tails tried to keep up, but the world was fading. “Knuckles is gathering supplies,” the other voice, (Was it Amy?) stated, “I’m going to try to patch up your wounds.” “We’re going to hide,” a young girl, (Cream?) sobbed, “Sonic’s gone mad.” “What’s going on,” he said tiredly, slurring his words. Tails flinched as the needle pierced his side. “It’s a sedative,” the other voice said, “It’s definitely going to help. “I found this,” a deep voice said, “Hopefully it’ll help.” The pain that filled his body forced him to remain in this state of agony. He didn’t know what they were talking about, but he could fall asleep. “You’re going to be carrying scars,” the voice said.
